Refund policy

Fire Safety Decals strives to product high quality products, doing it right the first time for each and every order. Refunds will be handled on a case by case basis, and only done so for issues of defects or flaws. In the case of any custom work done based on information provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for ensuring accuracy and these products can not be refunded or returned.

For all other standard products, Fire Safety Decals will be more than happy to exchange or replace products that are received defective or flawed. All of our products are checked throughout the entire process to ensure a top quality decal before being packaged and sent to the customer.
